Learning Journey 2

HOW IS THIS LEARNING JOURNEY DESIGNED?

Starting with visiting different art collections, we are combining the experiences of diving into the world of visual arts with storytelling across cultures. It happens in three steps:
STEP 1 Curiosity & Inspiration – inspired by a piece of art you are going to have a look at your own cultural influences and get inspired by different perspectives.
STEP 2 Creativity & Innovation – inspired by art, you are sharing stories in small groups and coming up with new ideas on co-creating more inclusive spaces.
STEP 3 Coaching & Individual Development – also here, a new piece of art serves us as an invitation to reflect and exchange ideas on how each of us can contribute to creation of more diverse and inclusive organizations, learning settings and what skills we need for that and how to acquire them.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO LEARN & EXPERIENCE?

1. how to create more inclusive and inspiring learning environments with art and storytelling so that people from different cultures can share stories and learn from them,
2. how to apply art and storytelling activities & tools that inspire participants of your own programs to develop a global mindset & new skills for new times, such as resilience, creativity, intercultural sensitivity and active learning,
3. get to know and try out creative tools that spark curiosity and innovation and which you can apply afterwards in your own trainings, coachings, facilitation or university classes.

WHAT ARE YOUR TAKE AWAYS?
