This job market brings together four – and soon even five – different generations in the workplace. This webinar offers a perspective that goes far beyond mainstream myths about generations, which often only deepen divisive intergenerational narratives. Instead, we will focus on the mechanisms and cultural codes that help build bridges rather than walls. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how changing perceptions of authority impact modern organizations and how to effectively manage these dynamics in an international business environment.

About the speaker:
Tomasz Bill is an entrepreneur and an expert in communication and strategic consulting.
Tomasz graduated from the University of Warsaw, specifically from the Institute of Specialized and Intercultural Communication and the Institute of International Relations.
On a daily basis, he specialize in soft skills training and strategic consulting focused on business development and building personal brands for leaders. He also support Polish entrepreneurs in expanding into international markets.
Tomasz’s portfolio includes collaborations and projects for brands such as Amazon, Carrefour, Bosch,  Jutro Medical, Telemedi, the Polish Olympic Committee, and the Empowering Children Foundation. Additionally, he supports the next generation of Polish entrepreneurs in their conscious and responsible professional development as an independent expert at the Entrepreneurship Incubator of the University of Warsaw.
