China has emerged not only as an enormous new market but also as a challenger to global firms first in China itself, then globally, rewriting the rules of engagement between companies, continents and cultures. International expats, executives, entrepreneurs, investors, consultants, coaches and trainers must understand how China works not only to be able to cooperate with that specific country but also to understand changing trends in their own neighbourhoods.

20-year China resident intercultural leadership coach & consultant Gábor Holch presents his 2023 book Dragon Suit: The golden age of expatriate executives in China with life and career stories, worst and best practices from foreign executives in China, and their lessons in global leadership, expatriation, diversity, inclusion and intercultural experience.
