In this session, Andy Molinsky and Melissa Hahn will discuss building professional relationships across cultures, the focus of their new book « Forging Bonds in a Global Workforce » (McGraw Hill). They argue that the real pain point on today’s global teams is no longer to merely become aware of differences, but to create an initial spark, establish rapport, and build trust with people who come from a wide range of backgrounds. To do so, they present a package of new frameworks, strategies, and tools that your students and clients can deploy in the situations they face. Join us for a stimulating conversation with Melissa and Andy.
