Dr. Rohini Anand is a renowned leader with 30+ years’ experience leading global DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) change efforts to strengthen culture, advance equity, and accelerate business growth. Rohini became Sodexo’s Senior Vice President, Corporate Responsibility and Global Chief Diversity Officer from 2007 to 2019 after serving as Sodexo’s Senior Vice President & Chief Diversity Officer for North America from 2004 – 2006.

Since leaving Sodexo in 2020, Rohini has written the highly-acclaimed and much appreciated book, « Leading Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: A Guide for Systemic Change in Multinational Organizations”,and joined multiple advisory boards like Sanofi, Charter Communications, The Tent Partnership for Refugees, Family Prosperity (The Aspen Institute), The Galt Foundation, WomenLift Health (Gates Foundation) and National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) all while running her own Executive coaching and consulting company.

Originally from India, Rohini moved to the US for her studies and has been based there since traveling extensively for her international career and pleasure.
