Klaudia Fryc-Mallick

Cultural psychologist, certified intercultural trainer, book author, and traveller passionate about Indian culture.

She specializes in developing cultural competencies and building effective intercultural cooperation in business.

She has combined her education (psychology and cultural anthropology), profession (certified intercultural trainer), passions (travel and books), and personal experiences (Polish-Indian family) to design engaging, practical developmental activities in business—such as workshops and webinars.

With over 15 years of experience in training rooms across various organizations, and having encountered recurring questions and challenges from her clients, she was inspired to write the practical guide Masala@work: A Guide to Working with Indians on the cultural aspects of collaborating with Indian partners.
