Presenting the textbook Global Leadership Practices (Edward Elgar, 2024) the authors talk about how to teach the complexities inherent in Global Leadership. Global Leadership is brought to life through the presentation of cases interpreted from different research perspectives. Participants will explore selected cross-cultural realities in the MENA region, Ecuador and Southern Africa and learn from country experts about the legacy of colonialism, diversity and inclusion, and indigenous knowledge to name but a few topical issues. By attending this webinar, participants will learn how to practically use positivist, interpretative and critical research paradigms in intercultural teaching.
