“In Conversation with Andy Molinsky about Global Dexterity” with guest presenter Andy Molinsky (in English)
In relation to his book “Global Dexterity”, Andy Molinsky says:
“I wrote this book because I believe that there is a serious gap in what has been written and communicated about cross-cultural management and what people actually struggle with on the ground.”
Andy Molinsky has spent the past 30 years researching, teaching, and training about cultural adaptation.
In his work, Andy offers the tools needed to simultaneously adapt behavior to new cultural contexts while staying authentic and grounded in your own natural style. In this special SIETAR FRANCE event, we will speak with Andy about his work, his views on culture and cultural adaptation, and how we can all learn to step outside our personal and cultural comfort zones.
